BIERRE AUTOMAZIONI COLLABORATES TO REALIZE A NEW BATTERY OF SILOS FOR THE STORAGE OF EMPTY BOTTLES AT HENKEL (DUSSELDORF)
The client
The company Bompani Srl designs, manufactures and installs complete lines for beverage and food industries. In addition to repairing, enlarging, overhauling and replacing existing production lines, Bompani Srl delivers complete lines for palletization and pallet handling.
The need and the solution
In order to develop a project for a new empty containers storage line within a requested tight schedule, the company Bompani Srl chose to collaborate with Bierre Automazioni.
The cooperation involved several aspects:
- Preliminary analysis for the design of the silos and plant layout, based on the space available and the needs of the customer.
- Study of all mechanical equipment to be used, including sizing and calculations of every single component and machine.
- Realization of all construction elements.
- Specific assistance during construction, assembly and workshop pre-testing.
This cooperation allowed Bompani to achieve its goal, namely the delivery of the bottle storage line on contract schedule and for the levels of production required by their client. In addition to on-time delivery, Bompani was able to maintain the excellent standards of quality by which it has always been distinguished. Indeed, all of the development and design by Bierre Automazioni was performed according to the standards of Bompani, both in terms of design software and working methodologies employed, in order to ensure maximum production efficiency with reduced workload for Bompani’s technical office.
